Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the mobile vehicle inspection services provided by [Company Name]. By booking an inspection with us, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions a. "Company" refers to Road Ready Inspections, the mobile vehicle inspection service provider. b. "Inspector" refers to the qualified professional assigned by the Company to conduct the vehicle inspection. c. "Client" refers to the person or entity booking the inspection service.

2. Inspection Services a. Road Ready Inspections offers mobile vehicle inspection services to assess the condition of the Client's vehicle at the time of inspection. b. The inspection includes a comprehensive assessment of visible components and systems, but does not involve dismantling or disassembling any part of the vehicle. c. The Company does not provide any repair or maintenance services. The inspection is solely for evaluation purposes.

3. Booking and Payment a. Clients can book an inspection through the Road Ready Inspections website or by contacting our customer support. b. Inspection fees are determined based on the type of inspection plan selected and the vehicle's make and model. c. Payment for the inspection is due at the time of booking and can be made through the Company's approved payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling a. Clients may cancel or reschedule an inspection up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any additional fees. b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee at the company's discretion.

5. Vehicle Condition a. Road Ready Inspections assesses the vehicle's condition based on its appearance and observable features at the time of inspection. b. The inspection report may not identify hidden or latent defects that are not visually apparent during the inspection. c. The inspection report is not a guarantee of the vehicle's future performance, and issues may arise after the inspection.

6. Liability and Disclaimer a. Road Ready Inspections and its Inspectors are not liable for any pre-existing, hidden, or latent defects not observed during the inspection. b. Road Ready Inspections is not responsible for any future issues or breakdowns that may occur after the inspection. c. The inspection report is not a substitute for professional advice or a warranty for the vehicle's condition.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection a. Road Ready Inspections respects the Client's privacy and confidentiality. Personal information collected during the booking process is used only for the purpose of providing the inspection service. b. Road Ready Inspections takes appropriate measures to protect client data and complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Third-Party Consent a. The Client must obtain the necessary consent from the vehicle owner or seller for the inspection to proceed if the Client is not the vehicle owner.

9. Compliance with Laws a. Road Ready Inspections and its Inspectors will conduct inspections in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia. b. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW, Australia.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions a. Road Ready Inspections reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. b. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Terms and Conditions before booking an inspection.

By booking a mobile vehicle inspection with Road Ready Inspections, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
